Returns Policy

Relax Spa & Bath is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product(s), please follow these steps to make a return:

  1. Put your name and address inside the box in which you are returning the product(s). (Copy of receipt will work)
  2. Please state which product(s) are being returned
  3. Please state the reason for the return
  4. Contact us so we know that you are sending a return. Doing so can expedite the return process.

Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will issue a credit to your credit card.

We deduct a 20% restocking fee from your refund for all customer error/unopened product(s). For non customer error/defective product(s) we issue a full refund, including the initial shipping charges. Absolutely NO RETURNS on electronic items.

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm MST (Mountain Standard Time)

All orders are boxed, packed, and shipped with the highest quality in materials to insure safe delivery of the shipment. All shipments are insured with the carrier.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • UPS (Default)
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
